Summer’s Last Dance is a mission.

Summer’s Last Dance isn’t about checking a box or chasing clout. It’s about closing the summer the way it’s supposed to end—with good people, loud music, and moments that actually stick.

We don’t stack artists for the algorithm. We book talent that hits live. We build production that moves with the music. We bring in vendors we’d actually eat from ourselves.

It’s one day, start to finish. You show up, you go all in, and you leave knowing you caught something real.

That’s what Summer’s Last Dance is about.

Festival FAQ

What is Summer's Last Dance Music and Arts Festival?

Summer’s Last Dance Music & Artist Festival was founded in 2024 by Bobby De Maria, owner of Afterlife Entertainment. Held every year on the last Saturday of summer, the festival was created to give Chicago-area festival goers and ravers one final celebration before the fall season begins.

With multiple stages featuring everything from homegrown talent to internationally touring headliners, this is more than just a music festival—it’s a send-off to summer in true Chicago style. Plus, each year the event supports a nonprofit cause, with a portion of proceeds donated to charity.

Don’t take our word for it — read what last year’s crowd had to say.

The best $100 I’ve ever spent. The lineup slapped, the energy was unreal, and I made friends I’ll probably never see again but will remember forever.
Gabe S
I’ve been to North Coast, I’ve been to Lolla… but this felt different. Smaller crowd, better vibes, and zero filler. I’m coming back every year.

The moment the sun set and the lights hit — chills. Summer’s Last Dance is what every festival should be: dirty, beautiful, and absolutely unforgettable.
